Black Walnut Tart

I source these  Black Walnuts from a farmer in Iowa. He hand shells these beautiful Black Walnuts for me and ships them when they’re in season. I turn these rare treats into my Black Walnut Praline Tarts. For the Praline mix I use Wild Buckwheat Honey that I get from a lady at the Farmer’s Market.  It doesn’t get much better than this!
